Terms and Conditions

1.

The Cash Back Rewards Program is for the use of any individual aged 18 years or over. Residents of other countries have their sole responsibility to ensure that the Cash Back Rewards Program does not contravene any local laws regarding sales promotion or sales incentive schemes.

2.

As a member, you agree to provide only true and accurate information to the Cash Back Rewards Program at all times, and each individual joining the Cash Back Rewards Program will register under their username and password.

3.

Any individual logging in with a correct username and password will have full access to that account, and it is the sole responsibility of the account holder to ensure that this information is not made available to unauthorized individuals.

4.

You are responsible for assessing any tax implications that may arise out of your accrual or redemption of cash back rewards, and for the payment of any said taxes.

5.

It is your responsibility to check your account regularly to ensure that cash back rewards have been properly credited and that your account balance is accurate.

6.

The Cash Back Rewards Program is only available via access to the Allcoupons4you Web site (http://www.allcoupons4you.com).

7.

By enrolling in/or using the Cash Back Rewards Program, you agree that you have read and understand this Agreement and that your membership in the Program will conform to its terms and conditions.

8.

As a member, you will be credited, subject to the terms and conditions enumerated in this Agreement, a percentage of the net purchases made by you at one of the online merchants affiliated with allcoupons4you (an "Affiliated Merchant"). The percentage will be enumerated on the allcoupons4you Web site as it relates to each Affiliated Merchant.

9.

Members may earn a cash back rewards if and only if all of the following criteria are satisfied: 1) the purchases has to begin by clicking on the Affiliated Merchant's link that appears on the allcoupons4you Web site and being successfully connected to the Affiliated Merchant's Web site; 2) All purchases must be started and completed in one shopping session within the allcoupons4you shopping program, you will be ineligible for a rebate if you complete the purchase in different session; 3) Items returned are not to be deemed to a qualified purchase, so there is no rebate for the returned purchase.

10.

The determination of whether or not a purchase made through allcoupons4you Affiliated Merchant is a "Qualified Purchase" is at the sole discretion of Huagle.

11.

Huagle reserve the right to terminate the Cash Back Rewards Program at any time with notice, in the event of this, Huagle will attempt to contact you prior to this occurring via the email address supplied during the registration process. Members can redeem the funds in the account. However, we will not be held responsible for failing to notify any individual regardless of the reason.

12.

Huagle reserve the right to terminate any account that has been inactive for a period of 12 months. We will make every effort to contact the account holder, via their nominated email address, to notify the account holder if their account is at risk of termination through inactivity. If a reply is received confirming that the account is still active, Huagle will continue to maintain the account. In the absence of a satisfactory response, the account will be terminated, and any funds in it will be taken back by Huagle, and we will no longer allow user login under that username and password.

13.

Huagle reserves the right to change the range of products and services available for the Cash Back Rewards Program from time to time.

14.

Huagle does not make any warranty, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the quality of, or assurance of any advertisement or any merchandise, products, or services offered or provided by affiliated merchants participating in the Cash Back Rewards Program.

15.

Huagle may modify this agreement from time to time, with or without notice, and your continued participation in the Cash Back Rewards Program will be deemed as your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
